 Not the most salubrious of establishments, this bright bar located at the foot of Leith Walk, is a no-nonsense drinking den. It's mainly a locals bar and I'm sure the place has seen the odd argument or two over the years.Has a bit of a reputation of being a bit rough round the edges shall we say (as are several bars in this area). One for the desperate or the brave.

I got really drunk one night and woke up in the doorway next to it at about half 5 in the morning... waited for it to open and went in for a few pints. Friendly enough place, not too expensive.. better than some of the poncey 3 quid a pint places in Edinburgh any day.

This boozer is filthy,disgusting and completely rundown, filled with ugly drunken punters who always appear to be either on the verge of a nervous breakdown or about to enter into a Columbine-like killing spree and even more hideous staff but other than that it´s shite.
