Who are we?
LinkLiving Counselling and Therapy (LCT) is a counselling practice based in central Edinburgh. Our aim is to provide an affordable, warm, friendly, reliable and professional service. LCT is run by LinkLiving, a registered charity with over 25 years experience in providing community based support to those in need.

LCT offers a flexible approach to counselling to suit all needs. We work in a variety of different approaches including Person-centred Counselling, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic Therapy and Art Therapy.

There are many reasons why someone might seek counselling. Some people come with an issue in mind, such as a relationship breakdown or with anxiety or depression. Others don’t have a particular issue as such, but feel that they are not where they want to be in their lives and have a sense that is something is wrong.

Whatever brings you to LCT, we aim to give you time and space to explore your problem with a fully qualified, friendly counsellor, in an informal, non-judgmental and confidential setting.

Our particular areas of expertise include mental health difficulties, physical disability, couples counselling, sexual orientation and gender identity issues and work with students, survivors of abuse, carers and those who support others.

What we offer:
A professional and confidential service at a fair price (£30 fixed fee per session)
